
I'm not receiving the confirmation email. What should I do?
Not getting your TheElectricalGuy Academy confirmation email? Check spam, confirm the email used at checkout, and follow these steps before contacting support.

The confirmation email is sent instantly in almost all cases, though occasionally it takes a few minutes. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder and confirm you're looking at the same email you used at checkout. Full steps below.
Steps to find your confirmation email
Wait a few minutes and refresh. The email is usually instant, but it can occasionally take a short while.
Check your spam or promotions folder. Automated emails sometimes land there.
Confirm the email address. Make sure you're checking the same email you used at checkout. If you used a different address, the confirmation went there.
Check your Library. If your course already appears under Library when you log in, your purchase went through even if the email is delayed. [See: How do I access my course after purchase?] (internal link to add)
Still nothing?
If there's no email and no course in your Library after 30 minutes, the payment may not have gone through. [See: My payment was deducted but the course isn't in my Library]
