My payment was deducted but the course isn't in my Library. What do I do?

If your payment was deducted but the course isn't in your Library, wait 30 minutes and check for a confirmation email. Here's what each outcome means.

If money was deducted but the course isn't showing, wait up to 30 minutes and check for a confirmation email. If the email arrived, the course will appear. If it didn't, the payment most likely failed and your bank will refund the amount.

What to do first

  1. Wait at least 30 minutes. In most cases the course appears in your Library almost immediately, but occasionally it takes a little longer.

  2. Check your email for confirmation from us. If you received it, your course will be added to your Library for certain. [See: I'm not receiving the confirmation email]

What if there's no confirmation email and no course after 30 minutes?

This usually means the payment did not go through. In that case, the deducted amount is credited back to your original payment method by your bank. Timelines vary, so contact your bank for details.
